The title of this little blog post is about the essence of what we do. Some time ago, we considered how we could bring out our domesticity and the design of our products even better. Read below what our reflection led to and what values we cherish here at Monena.
Our philosophy is to make carefully crafted products that are fit for purpose. Our products are designed to make everyday life easier and better for the user, while taking into account the criteria set by public spaces.
From the very beginning of Monena, we have believed in quality and design. Domesticity and product design have always been things that are close to our heart and those things we wanted to communicate more to our customers. Both the Avainlippu and Design from Finland labels now speak as a valuable additional indication of these values that are important to us.
Behind domestic products is the handprint of domestic designers. Design co-operation is a certainty for us and we will continue to value it in the future. Because the professional designer makes the decisions for you, every detail of the product is carefully thought out and reasoned. The solutions made by the designer can be seen in the products e.g. as the safe usability of the product, its suitability for the user group and the correct dimensions.
The most important factor of our product design is customer orientation, as almost all of our product design processes are based on customer wishes or needs assessment. We actively collect customer feedback and user experiences to help us make continuous improvements. The customer-orientation of the products, combined with high-quality materials, guarantees not only the ease of use of our products but also a long service life and a high-quality end result.
With continuous development, we are able to meet the needs of the consumer of the future in advance. At the same time, we can offer our customers more choice as specialties as well as customization options for our standard selection. Not forgetting, of course, cherishing our classic products, with a respectful facelift for them.
